Bikini Body

Bikini Body When was the last time you did yoga in high heels? This class isn't like anything you'll find at the gym. This is a serious body reshaping class that will sculpt long, sleek and sexy muscles, and yes... if the mood strikes us...we might just throw on the heels! Designed to help pole dancers target specific muscles, this class appeals to ANYONE who wants something that actually works to visibly change your body while increasing flexibility too. We think all workouts should be this sexy! We focus on upper body, abs, and of course we like to make our legs look pretty too. Come prepared to laugh. Melissa likes to keep the atmosphere giggly and silly - it distracts you from the pain!!

Mat Pilates

Based on the BASI method of Pilates, this class moves through a series of mat exercises that strengthen core muscles, reinforce proper alignment, and promote greater flexibility. Accompanied by a focus on the breath, the emphasis is placed on subtle, yet highly effective movements that require body awareness, and the ability to identify what muscle groups are primarily being engaged, to become more knowledgeable, efficient pilates practitioners. Ladies Only.

Pajama Jam

Fun, fun, fun! Get silly and get your heart rate up, slumber party style... dancing to our favorite upbeat girlie dance music... in your comfy sweats and pj's! Laughter included.


Sensual Yoga

This yoga class is designed for women who love to feel strong and sensual. In this Ashtanga, flow-based class we will incorporate the strength of yoga and the beauty of dance to provide you with a challenging workout. We will focus on strength, balance, and flexibility. Ladies Only.

Stilletease

Stilletease is about learning authentic moves from the clubs and apply them to our dancing. Platform stiletto shoes are suggested so that you can execute turns and floor moves more easily. Everyone will have the chance to show off at the end. Open to beginners.

Stretch Class 101

This 1/2 hour class is designed to increase flexibility, enhance mobility, and relieve body aches and pains developed from your regular workout regimes (and that includes sitting at a desk all day)

Thrash

Part hip-hop, part outlet, this class will get your blood pumping and body moving... while feeling like a total baddass! Connect with your wilder side, and get more comfortable with stronger beats and sharper movements. All levels of inhibition and dance experience welcome!

Va Va Voom

This is a classic burlesque class that focuses on prop work with feather fans, feather boas, gloves, stockings and anything else we can think of to use to tell our story. If you ever admired Bettie Page, Tempest Storm, or Gypsy Rose Lee, this is the class for you!

Zen Pilates

Come enjoy the efficient and effective conditioning of Pilates with a simultaneous emphasis on breath and selfawareness. Encourage lean, toned muscle and a powerful core. Candlelight and ambient music help take you to the center of your strength and total body connection...

Specialty Classes Include:

Girlie Burlesque

This class is about teaching you a complete routine that is easy to reproduce at home or onstage. There will be three routines that you can experience: Black Velvet (feather boas and stockings), St. Louis Blues (pearls and gloves) and You Can Leave You Hat On (shirt, tie and fedoras). Come back multiple times to hit all three routines or to perfect and polish one you've already tried! You can email trina@heartandpole.com to get the schedule of routine dates. If you have a group of 4 or more girls, we can schedule a special day and time if what's on the calendar doesn't work for you!

Introduction to Pole Dance

This single class is for women new to pole dance or to our studio who want to take just one class to see how they like it. It introduces you to our program, our staff, our curriculum and our gorgeous studio. This class is exactly what we teach in the first week of our six-week courses. You'll get a great workout, learn your first pole trick and have time to ask questions afterwards. This is a friendly, low-pressure class where you can take your first baby steps into this gorgeous and welcoming artform. Great for ages 17-74!! Plus, if you decide to sign up for a six-week course afterwards, we'll apply your $25 fee towards your six-week tuition!

Drop-In Classes are single classes that are designed to help you fit a workout into your day, which you can buy individually or as a series.


Single Class:  $22
5-Pack of Classes*: $99
6-Week Series of One Particular Class**: $90
Monthly Unlimited***: $199

*Less than $20 per class, which you can mix-and-match with more than one class
**$15 per class; can only be applied to ONE particular class – cannot be mixed-and-matched
