This is a serious body reshaping class that will sculpt long, sleek and sexy muscles, and yes... if the mood strikes us...we might just throw on the heels! Designed to help pole dancers target specific muscles, this class appeals to ANYONE who wants something that actually works to visibly change your body while increasing flexibility too. We think all workouts should be this sexy! We focus on upper body, abs, and of course we like to make our legs look pretty too. Come prepared to laugh. Melissa likes to keep the atmosphere giggly and silly - it distracts you from the pain!!
Mat Pilates
Based on the BASI method of Pilates, this class moves through a series of mat exercises that strengthen core muscles, reinforce proper alignment, and promote greater flexibility. Accompanied by a focus on the breath, the emphasis is placed on subtle, yet highly effective movements that require body awareness, and the ability to identify what muscle groups are primarily being engaged, to become more knowledgeable, efficient pilates practitioners. Pajama Jam

This yoga class is designed for women who love to feel strong and sensual. In this Ashtanga, flow-based class we will incorporate the strength of yoga and the beauty of dance to provide you with a challenging workout. We will focus on strength, balance, and flexibility. Ladies Only.
Stilletease
Stilletease is about learning authentic moves from the clubs and apply them to our dancing. Platform stiletto shoes are suggested so that you can execute turns and floor moves more easily. Everyone will have the chance to show off at the end. Open to beginners.
Stretch Class 101
This 1/2 hour class is designed to increase flexibility, enhance mobility, and relieve body aches and pains developed from your regular workout regimes (and that includes sitting at a desk all day)
Thrash
Part hip-hop, part outlet, this class will get your blood pumping and body moving... while feeling like a total baddass! Connect with your wilder side, and get more comfortable with stronger beats and sharper movements. All levels of inhibition and dance experience welcome!
Va Va Voom
This is a classic burlesque class that focuses on prop work with feather fans, feather boas, gloves, stockings and anything else we can think of to use to tell our story. If you ever admired Bettie Page, Tempest Storm, or Gypsy Rose Lee, this is the class for you!
Zen Pilates
Come enjoy the efficient and effective conditioning of Pilates with a simultaneous emphasis on breath and selfawareness. Encourage lean, toned muscle and a powerful core. Candlelight and ambient music help take you to the center of your strength and total body connection...
