The Vixen program for pole dance instruction is the best entry- level program, for all types of women, to experience and master this beautiful art form. We make it easy and fun for you to understand the tricks and gently lead you to places where you can explore and develop your feminine spirit and intuition.

We teach the program in a six-week series. Each week you build upon what you’ve already learned, adding layers of subtlety and variation. You’re with the same women each week and you get to build a bond of friendship and trust. This is one of the crucial elements that set this program apart. The inspiration and encouragement you receive from your classmates helps you grow as a dancer.

Once you leave the Vixen program, you can move on to more complex and dangerous tricks with our Polefessionals program. We’ll take you upside down, sideways, dangling by one foot. With teachers trained to teach you the most advanced pole tricks, there is absolutely no limit to what you can learn or perfect.

Heart & Pole has been a leader in pole safety for years now. We keep our class sizes small so we can keep a close eye on your technique and growth. We are not hobbyists or performers, we are dedicated teachers who are there to shepherd you and let you shine. We also offer private one-on-one lessons for industry professionals who want to stand out at the club or women who want to craft a private performance for a loved one. Burlesque, Go-Go and Yoga Booty Ballet round out our program of exotic dance and conditioning.

Our West LA studio is located at 2037 Granville Ave., LA 90025, near the 405/10 freeway interchange. This studio is a beautiful jewelbox with velvet drapes and an intimate feeling.

Our new flagship studio is located at 1951 W. Carson St., Torrance 90501. This is hands-down the most beautiful pole dance facility in the Southland. With our famous silver and gold 12’ spinning poles and a 1940’s retro vibe, this lush studio is where the upper level students come to train for world-class tricks.
